My teen daughter has gone here for the past few years for lots of different color services that we otherwise couldn't afford. The students have for the most part been very kind and have tried to do as she asked. The instructors are really great about jumping in to help when needed and to give what seems like solid guidance. Takes a long time because they are learning, but has worked well for us!

This Cosmetology School is Fantastic! Both locations are full of positive energy, beautiful real life salon feel, very clean and make me feel special everytime I visit!

They've done okay with my daughter's color, sometimes they seem unorganized. It seems pricey for a school, but maybe that's because I don't do this stuff to my hair so I'm not up on latest prices. I was waiting for her (all over color takes a long long time here) and decided to get a haircut. Probably not my best decision...student stylist and bangs....not a good combination.

Merely OK and I am being generous. I waited for the colorist I was scheduled with but she never appeared. So after they found someone to fill in, I still "consulted' and waited for over an hour just to be told that they would not color my hair. The instructor deemed it too risky unless I went for a very dark (for me) color. I have colored my hair for 40 years and have experienced no breakage at all. When I gave them permission to go ahead anyway, they just refused. So, there was 90 minutes wasted, just sitting there. I also had a pedicure scheduled, so went ahead with that. The girl was nice, but the pedicure was extremely 'underwhelming'. I know a school will always take longer, but really, two hours to trim back toenails and apply polish? No massage, soaking in tepid water, eh. So 3 1/2 hours later I walked out with only a mediocre pedicure. On the plus side, the school was clean and very much like a salon, everyone was very pleasant, and they did comp the pedicure. They also issued a $50 gift certificate so my Living Social certificate would not go to waste, but quite honestly, I doubt if I'll ever use it.
