Unacceptable lack of customer service!  The people in the CPAP medical supply area are incredibly non-caring and don't seem to know that the patient is actually the customer. Very little information is given.  Phoning the office is consistently means 20 minutes being on hold. Very frustrating experience and I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I've had a great experience with MN Sleep Institute. I have been treated with nothing but respect by the staff. Their friendliness and professionalism is exceptional.

Really bad place, all they care about is taking your insurance info and bill, bill, bill. You as a patient, do not matter as much.  They have a doctor by last name Steele, big joke that should not be in medicine.                                         
Save your dignity, don't go there.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with in the medical field. Never once could I call and be connected to someone. Always leave a message or put on hold for 15 min...plus it took me forever to get a call back to set up an appointment. Taking my business elsewhere.
