Amazing stone.  Disappointing customer experience.  From the start, i got the feeling that I was bothering them with a small order (260$).

Called to order a custom shower curb and was told to go to the store.  I went in was told that i'd get an e-mail with the quote.  2 days later, no quote.  Had to call to request the quote again.  It took nearly a week of back and forth emails to complete the process and re-hash details we discussed in person.  I never got confirmation that the order was actually placed which left me wondering a lot.

I understand that I had a small order, but that's no reason to drag out the process and make it a pain in the neck for me and the sales person.  My advice to a new customer would be to walk in, wait for the quote, sign, and pay all at once.

Every person from sales, measurement, and install was superb! Very personable group that was easy to communicate with and clearly explained the process to this first timer. Would definitely come back in the future and recommend to anyone that asks!
