Had a 9:00am appointment, they ignored me and my cat for over 30 minutes while they serviced two other customers that came in AFTER me.  Incredibly unprofessional, apparently their time is important but nobody else is.  Take your pet to a place where they actually keep appointments.

Love the doctors. Take all my animals there with no worries they tell you the cost before they do the work. And every time call the next day to check on my animals.
