WOW! Jonathan and his staff are ABSOLUTELY exceptional. The simple fact that this man served our country and CHOSE this profession upon his end of service brings tears to my eyes. Jonathan DaPonte is an exceptional man. He served our country as a combat vet, and went through his own trials. It was this experience that led him to be a Funeral Director. He wanted to make sure that he could bring Dignity in Death to people,and he does just that. He is excellent at helping families cope with their loss. He is excellent in the preparation of loved ones to be viewed. He is such an honorable man. He is a true friend of families, fellow veterans, and the communities he serves. Thank you for helping me and my family as well.

We recently learned of the passing of our beloved brother. Jonathan came highly recommended to our family. Jonathan was kind, calm and sympathetic as we shared our loss with him. He took charge and made the entire process seamless especially as my siblings and I all live in a different states. He answers every phone call, even after hours. We are so grateful for his guidance during this difficult time and are glad that we chose him and Minor to care for our brother. With all heart, thank you Jonathan for all that you’ve done for my family and I. We will never forget!

I would like to give five stars to Miners Funeral Home for the wonderful job they do supporting people at a time when they are at their lowest. When my father passed away, I was at a loss for how to go about all the details needed. Miner’s was there to guide me and support me with kindness and understanding all the way through.
