My last experience was not as successful as my previous ones. The new key looks identical but unfortunately does not work which forces me to return to your key machine to cut a replacement.
The one thing that they need to change is that they offered a deal of 2 +1 free, great except for the same key. I had 2 different keys to cut so I should have gotten a 3rd free but because they were 2 different keys I didn't get that deal, can't you set it up so it asks how many keys I want cut and the offer is made? The keys worked perfectly though
This is the second time I used the machine. The first time we used it in Centerpoint Mall. It is outside of Canadian Tire Food Court entrance The service is super fast and convenient. We payed for 2 Canadian maple keys, then got 1 brass for free. Remember to select the free one after you order 2 keys, I almost forget about it before check-out All keys are accurate and work smoothly when lock/unlock the door.
I made 2 keys one of them worked and the other didnt, I mean my key couldnt open the lock. so no, I`m not happy.
I needed to have a key recut as the first copy din't work perfectly to my liking. Audra was exceptionally professional and suggested I make another copy at no expense, which I did and on the second time, the key fitted PERFECTLY ! Thank you Minute Key for your excellent and professional service. I would recommend you to anyone needing keys cut, in a heartbeat.
The kiosk was easy to use, but you have to pay for each key separately, which is annoying. Also, the quality of the key is not great and often does not easily fit into the door properly - sticks/binds, wrong length.ServicesBuilding key copying
Had a door locked that I needed opened. I called around 11, sales rep tried to get me to accept their service by making up a story about rates going up after a certain time. When asked what time the rates would change he replied with "not sure". The guy said the locksmith would charge starting $29 which would go up depending on complexity. I agreed. Turns out they have independent contractors they connect to homes in need. The guy came, he was a nice guy, but for a 30 second fix, quoted $180 right off the bat. If I had known would have gone with other services which straight up told me the service would cost $120. Learned my lesson, if something seems too cheap to be true, it usually is.
The machine was super easy to use. The key came our better than the original. Highly recommend!
Fast and easy service to use kids love watching key being made and got to choice of which one they wanted
Needed to get a key cut with short notice. This service was quick and efficient. Will be using this service again.
