I just tried this service for the first time and I am impressed.  I got 3 copies each of 2 different keys.  I was a bit nervous about using the kiosk because I thought: what happens if I have a problem?  But the system worked beautifully.  I tried each key right after copying them and every one of them worked beautifully - better than the experiences I have had with people cutting my keys!  I highly recommend this service.  It's also nice to be able to get keys with different patterns on them so they won't blend in with the rest of the items on your keychain.

Although I got my keys cut I did have an issue that I've emailed three or four times trying to resolve and I sent messages on Facebook three or fours times as well but so far NO one replied. So easy process for getting keys cut but if you have a problem you're on your own! I won't use Minute Key again!

Quick and easy... However, you still need to deburr and file it down so the key can fit properly.

I used Minute Key for the 1st time at Walmart and it was fantastic !  Put my master key in, selected type and number of keys required 4 and it was completed within a few minutes.  Charged me for 3 and I received 1 for free along with a $1.00 coupon for future use.  I will definitely use Minute  Key moving forward as they are 100 percent accurate the 1st time !  LC

I needed 15 keys made. 3 copies of 5 keys. At a regular locksmith it would take 15 minutes top. Here I had to process each key separately. Each key took 7-10 minutes. I spent almost an hour and one set of the 3 keys do not work. I will never use a machine again.

I'm a contractor and time is money. Waste so much time with home improvement stores waiting for an associate to assist, often they make me feel like I'm bothering them Geez eh. This is painless and effortless and I like that the 3rd key is free! Gamechanger for sure!PositiveQuality, Value
