Doctor was very nice and worked quickly.

Made a reservation online only to have to wait 45 minutes. Sign on door stated "Out to Lunch".  Waited 45 minutes after reservation just to be told I could not be seen due to being pregnant.  Nurse stated it was Minute Clinic Policy.Then I was still sent a bill in the mail for my visit. When I went to dispute the bill Minute Clinic Customer Service is unreachable with ridiculous wait times of 45 plus minutes. My insurance company disputed for me and later was told the Nurse at this clinic said she did not refuse service. THE NURSE AT THIS CLINIC IS A JOKE. Eating in her office instead of helping patients.....DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. THEY DO NOT SEE PREGNANT WOMEN FOR ANY REASON, as I was told and will still bill you for showing up.

the nurse I saw was very sweet and very good with my child. I told her that my son had been tugging on his ear and had a temp of 103. she checked his ears and said they were good. I asked her again there is nothing wrong with his ears? she said no they actually look "very good". She then did a throat culture and told me that I would hear something in 3 days if my son had strep. She told me not to worry about the high temp, it probably just means his body is fighting something off. 3 days later still over 103 temp, I took him to the DR in Maple Grove. the DR took 1 look into his left ear and said OMG this ear is about to burst and looked into the right ear and said this one is more red than a stoplight. so double ear infection. now the DR did not want to talk badly about the minute clinic, but did state that there would have been redness in his ears for sure. So in conclusion my son sat for 4 days in obvious discomfort and 103 temp b/c this lady is under qualified or cant see the color red. My wife and I are very angry with this nurse and this minute clinic. we 100% absolutely will never go to another minute clinic for anything.

I went there for a very bad sore throat. Got my mouth swabbed and sent to a different location for testing for strep throat. Next day while I was at work, a nurse practitioner called and left a message that there's no need to call back. After hearing the message, I'm thinking to myself like "What about my condition?? Do I have strep throat or not!!!" She never mentioned anything about it other than for me to not call them back. She did say if I have any questions to call a number. So I called the number and was put on hold for 40 min... got tired of staying on hold and hung up. Not doing this again!!!!
