Registered online a few minutes after 4:30pm. Wait time said it was roughly an hour... Completely INACCURATE. 2 hours has gone by, 3 patients were seen and my kids still has not been seen! How ridiculous!

I went in for an ear infection, I signed in and was seen less than 10 minutes later. This practitioner was very thorough, kind, and well educated. Not only did I get the help I needed she explained some great ways to ease the discomfort, explained how to avoid getting them in the future and when it came time for the prescription she explained how one of the drops had steroids which would reduce swelling but depending on insurance may cost more than some people like to send in which case I should let the pharmacy know and she will write up a prescription for the other option. I would absolutely go back there in the future!

Wait times are completely inaccurate.  Said 20 minute wait and it's been over an hour. Unacceptable.

I showed up at 7:10 p.m. in the office was closed with no one around. Why are the office hours listed until 7:30 p.m.?
