A joke - dont bother. Went and waited for an hour before i had to leave (they saw 1 person in that time). Came back an hour later and i was still on the waitlist. Come to find out they just leave people on list so they dont have to accept new people (wait time for new additions later than close time). Since i was on list she saw me (after going back to room for 10 min) only to say that actually seeing me for strep test would take too long since they were closing in 20 min.

Called for (CVS  on-site clerk) information as to appointment set-up, was told to come in person as there was first come first served.  Found out that the extra wait of one hour could have been avoided with internet sign-in.  Was also told that there is no direct telephone line to in-store clinic.

Was told by CVS mgr. to call care line, as they had nothing to do with Allina Clinics (while waiting in store--no seat at registration/computer).

Finally saw clinic employee, who stated she was "nurse practitioner", NOT DOCTOR (M.D.).  This employee was more concerned about getting a hold of my credit card, instead of answering my medical question as to my care.  She had a horrible attitude; when questioned about lack of phone access, or qualifications to determine my medical care.

I greeted her insular attitude and aloof demeanor with the fact that I would wait for a real clinic visit the next day (Health Partners-which unfortunately was closed Sundays), and that I would not be supporting this (mill?).  I walked out.  Second bad experience with ALLINA CLINICS!

ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS FOR THIS WORTHLESS  "minute" CLINIC!!!
BTW; CVS IS REALLY A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TOO.  Do yourself a big favor; go elsewhere!!!
