I received a gift card for a manicure, pedicure and facial. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the pedicure station as there was dust and strands of dark colored hair on the sides of the foot tub. My pedicurist had very long fake nails which made it difficult for her to actually give me a pedi. I also got a no chip manicure. Same girl did it and she did not clip cuticles, or massage hands. The gel bubbled and peeled off 2 days later. The facial part was nice. However the neck massage was very uncomfortable due to the girl having fake long nails. She kept scratching my back. I will not be going back. Very disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On July 1, 2017, I went into their new building for a pedicure. I asked for the reflexology massage thinking I would get an hour long pedicure that would include afoot scrub, aromatherapy, hot towels, and massage. To start, the chair that I was in did not work. The chair clearly has a malfunction that kept tripping the GFI outlet it was plugged into. Because of this the esthetician told me she would not use the jets on the chair. I finally moved the plug for the back massager to a different outlet that allowed me to use the back massager. She also did not put any minerals into the chair she was using. She only used hot water soak my feet. I have never had a pedicure that did this. She did not scrub my feet to my expectations. She used the heel scrubber very lightly and also used a nail file in parts of my heels. My heels clearly needed more that what she was using. After she "scrubbed" my heals, she lightly massaged my feet for about 5 minutes a piece, and that was the end of my massage. It last a total of 30 minutes. She then tried to change me for an full 60 minute massage. Thankfully, another stylist that was there told her to only charge me for an Express. Clearly, this esthetician needs more training. I contact the owner, Amanda, later that day through email to ask for a refund. I finally heard back from her 5 days later with this response. "I am very sorry that this was your experience with us. I will be refunding your money. I will have to call you to get a credit card number when I am in the presence of the credit card machine to process the credit. I really appreciate all the feed back and will make the necessary adjustment to her training to ensure that this doesn't happen again or to someone else." At that point in time, I thought I would hear back from her in the next day or so. After not hearing from her, I sent another email on July 18. Today is August 24, and I have still not heard back from her. Unaccepted for a business to be run this way!

First time to a day spa, and I greatly enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly. I will go back.

Amanda's treats their customers like they would want to be treated, and it shows. Friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere make every visit a pleasant break from the daily grind.
