I have been to Miracle Smile Dentristy a few time and was more than impressed. I even recommended them to many friends and family. Today, however, was a completely horrible experience. 
I had a scheduled appointment for a routine check-up and cleaning at 11 am. I arrived early and was quickly taken back for x-rays then was put in the exam chair. The Doctor came in and examined my teeth and then commented about getting to the cleaning in 10 to 15 min. I  was left reclining in the chair for over 20 min. Feeling uncomfortable in that position, I got the attention of an assistant who adjusted the chair. After another 20 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on and the doctor came back and apologized and said he would get right to the cleaning. He reclined me again and then left the room. I could hear him treating another patient in the exam room next to me. At this point it was over an hour past my schedule appointment so I left without getting the cleaning. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe how disrespectfully I was treated. Never again Miracle Smile Dentristy!!!!!

Welcome guest kindly, on time, patient, very clean and up to date equipment and techniques. Dr. Shir is very experienced and does corrective work.
