BUYERS BEWARE..... let me start out by saying I have purchased more than one vehicle from this location.... Gus is a fantastic help Gus himself is a great guy and puts in plenty of effort to try to make a customer happy however it is a family-owned business and he only has a certain amount of power.....
**** major problem after purchasing a 2000 Chevy Silverado that's was not the shiniest grapefruit nor a complete lemon I invested plenty of money to repair the truck and keep it in good faith and never wanted to come put a review up many months later I go back and I buy a 2007 Honda Odyssey car breaks down on me within a week of buying it I put in some repairs... mind you two months into having this car no one from the car dealership nor anyone from the finance company chose to call me to tell me that I was not being charged a bill because the car was not legally allowed to be sold and the vehicle needed to be returned back to the dealer as soon as possible how I came out about finding this information is I called the dealer myself with questions of why I have not received anything from the financial Department adult moment I was notified that the vehicle did not have proper title and paperwork there was a lien hold on the vehicle and the vehicle needed to be returned because the finance company would not be able to finance them I was asked to please bring the vehicle back in exchange for another vehicle which I did just that on that vehicle was not the greatest vehicle either also turned out to be a shiny grapefruit not quite a lemon long story short but I personally had a verbal altercation with the dealership themselves and we came to an agreement that I bring back the vehicle and they give me my $1,500 down payment back in return so I did just that I approached the valley location as directed shortly upon Returning the vehicle... the lady they had responsible in the charge to do the returned was very nasty attitude told me since I did not have my receipt that common sense says I should not be entitled to my refund however I did get my refund after 20 minutes of her complaining and telling me how she felt about the situation long story short I will be personally filing a report with the Better Business Bureau of America I will never in my life purchase a vehicle from this dealership nor do I recommend anyone else purchasing a shiny grapefruit / little better than lemon from this location
