Went for lunch buffet on 30th April, 2022. Omg every single food was cold. Not tasty at all. More or less every single item tasted bland. Not flavourful like indian foods! Costed $60 for 2 people including 2 can soda. ridiculously overpriced for that kind of food. Never ever going back !!

We have been getting lunch from Mirchi, in the office, for a while now. Today we got some halwa and to our surprise we found not one, not two but THREE cockroaches in it. Everyone in the office ate some until I found these and I am appalled that they would even sell this. Safe to say I am never eating there. FDA please take a look at this.

Stay away. Look at the pictures. Hakka noodles, Special veg fried rice and tripple Sichuan fried rice.

Chicken biryani was very bad. Ordered at 6 pm, it was very cold and the rice was tasteless.  When I called back the restaurant and told them the review they were ignorant and said they cannot do anything. They denied to change the dish or refund and said the biryani was from afternoon's lunch buffet. Never had such a bad experience with other Indian restaurants.

Wow! The buffet is so good I had to search for it to write a review. The staff are very polite. Probably the best chicken biryani I had in years!!!! Also the payasam is like a piece of heaven!! Must try the weekend buffet

Wow! Can’t believe how bad it can be. Except a few items like mendu vada, halwa, biryani most were stale and not tasty. Mediocre would be my rating if I was generous. It goes on to show how much the management doesn’t care - the cutlery was all different colors! I understand you organized parties and you are trying to finish what is remaining, but the price this restaurant charges doesn’t justify the lack of customer care think Walmart.  Overall after eating here my comment was I am never going to any restaurant with “Mirchi” in its name again.  Avoid at all costs - would be my rating.

ZERO STARS!! WORST INDIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN. All the items are tasteless and dry or burnt. Not a single item is worth +ve review starting from appetizers to so called deserts. I am not sure how this restaurant is surviving!! All the best to all who want to try after reading this review!

Mirchi North Brunswick was closed for renovation and reopened recently. After receiving many text msg about New Year grand lunch buffet,  we decide to try and went to lunch buffet on New Year’s Day . Price - Over priced for the items they offered. The food options were very very limited for the buffet price $25 per person. Food - Every food in the buffet was cold and the taste was terrible.  Vada in Dahi vada was rock hard, Cold tandoori chicken, Samosa chat with out any sauces, dried up curd rice. Need to request for re filling the items. They only refill tiny amounts of food, after two persons take the food the tray will be empty. Ambience - Dirty table cloths. Tiny snack size paper plates for lunch.

BE AWARE . The management has changed and it’s is very BAD. I visited the restaurant at 2 pm on Dec 18,2022 and paid $25 for 1 buffet and all the trays were EMPTY except  white rice and sambaar and waited for 30 mins to fill other food and they never filled. Worst place to try buffet in North Brunswick.

The chicken biryani and goat biryani werent good at all. Butter chicken and garlic was good. No buffet on Saturday.
