We have driven by this little ice cream shop multiple times however we have never actually went until now. We were really missing out, their prices are some of the most reasonable in the Baltimore metro area.  Their soft serve ice cream is delicious, and they serve everything from snowballs to splits to even gelato’s. Because of these reasons, this nice little ice cream shop is now considered one of my favorite spots to cool down on a hot summer day.

Finally stopped at Miss Twist have driven by numerous times. Boy I've been missing out!! The soft serve ice cream is delicious. The ice cream stand has a drive thru as well, which is awesome!! The staff is very friendly and the place is spotless.

The service is fantastic! The product is excellent... the presentation was different but amusing, our sundaes were made in the classic "phallic symbol" but again very tasty.

Don't mind it being slow because it happens. I do mind paying 5 bucks for a sundae with 1 topping, and the ice cream isn't what I asked for. Girl working the drive through was too busy in her phone to get the complete order. Though the milkshakes were done right. Thankfully

This place is amazing the ice cream is great best in the area, the only reason i cant give it 5 stars is because the service is so so so so so so slow. If it was any slower it would stay still. And this is the drive thru, when you think drive thru you assume quick service. NOPE! Not at this place.

One of the only ice cream spots that has a drive throw. The drive-through is very convenient but expect to wait and line a significant amount of time.   The weight is definitely worth it because the ice cream selection is really good and the prices are right.

Their menu is very extensive. I ended up getting their butterscotch shake which was pretty good.

It says your open until 10 pm yet your closing at 9:30. I can understand closing 10 mins before 10 but your that lazy and in a hurry to get home smh

This is such a cute little ice cream shop in Essex. Such a fun thing to do at night with the kids. They have a drive thru, a walk up window and you can go inside. My son always gets the dirt cup sundae and loves it. I got a twist with sprinkles. Wish they had more flavors but otherwise great!

Love there icecream! Lots to choose from, my favorite is the Reece pieces Sunday, and the Chocolate Malt milk shake. Prices are very reasonable, much cheaper then most other places. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a sweet treat!
