Story

I enjoy working with clients who appreciate quality and fine workmanship in fine jewelry, who are committed and love to learn more about fine jewelry and gemstones from a professional. Chat with Graduate Gemologist and a store owner, first-hand, no nonsense service policy. We work with Platinum, 18k, 14k for wedding rings, birthday gemstones, valentines, anniversaries and graduations. I also design company logo lapel pins, keychain rings in gold, silver and platinum. I'm open for ideas to accommodate my clients. Insurance appraisals and jewelry evaluations, gemstone identifications and gemstone testing are done on our premises, usually while clients wait. Fees for diamond consultations, expert opinions, appraisals and repairs are based on time and quantity. We provide insurance replacement damage reports and cost replacement estimates. I am Nader Ayad, Graduate Gemologist, (GIA) 1986; I.S.A., 1992, a fourth-generation Jeweler and graduated as Gemologist, resident campus, at the Gemological Institute of America, Santa Monica, California.

I recently moved to the area and needed a trustworthy jeweler to replace the battery on my Cartier watch. I read his google reviews, and decided to trust him since he has a reputation for knowing watches. I dropped off my watch and came back just expecting a new battery. OMG!!! Nader polished and cleaned the watch so it looked brand new. He definitely went above and beyond. He's very reasonably priced, and I trust his work. He looked at my engagement ring and knew exactly how much it cost. This man knows his stuff. Please go to him for any jewelry or watch repairs. I'll definitely be back.

If you're a woman and hope to shop here, good luck. My husband and I stopped in looking for estate pieces and we were regarded as undeserving of his services or "estate pieces". He didn't know what Art Deco style rings were and had to refer to a book. Even though I was the one asking all the questions and had in mind a type of ring I wanted (not pave!) he refused to address me and instead referred to my husband the whole time (although I was the one asking the questions). I asked him to clarify a definition he used to describe one French piece he had, and he acted as if we were asking for the moon set alongside the Hope Diamond. He was also condescending towards what he thought we could afford, pointing out that this ring he wouldn't even show us, was beyond what we could/would spend. Unimpressed with what he had to offer, I politely thanked him and walked out. Needless to say, we will not be giving him our business.

The man discriminated. I walked in to sell my silver ring. Without even looking at what I'm trying to sell and/or asking how he can help me. He said "we don't buy back anything" i said " your ad said otherwise" he said "oh i haven't bought anything this month" when i just was recommend to this place by my friend (who happens to a white female) who sold and bought something from this jeweler less then 2 weeks ago.

For supposedly being in the business for over 30 years, the owner had a very difficult time determining what Art Deco style is; him having to refer to a book. He was very disrespectful to my wife as he only addressed me, even though our intended purchase was for my wife and she was the one asking him the questions. To top-off our poor experience, he treated us with an attitude that we could not afford certain types of jewelry and that we needed to be better informed of what we wanted before purchasing. This experience left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will NOT be back, nor would I recommend to anyone else.
