These people are rude as hell. If you enjoy being talked to as if they own you, this is the place to go. I suggest you male the extra few miles to drive on in to Newton where they have great personalities and mannors.

This place is horrible - a perfect example of soulless government bureaucracy. The waits are exceedingly long, annoying and un-expeditious.  The employees are rude, curt and unhelpful (some downright mean). I'd rate it less than zero if possible.

Based on other reviews, I guess I got lucky.  I was in and out in about 30 minutes, total, to get my new state license.  The longest part was them running my driving history.  But everyone was polite and helpful.  My initial wait was only a few minutes. Only part that was lousy was my pic -- but that's on me, not them.

I sit at this location for over two hours and when my son got up to take his permit test, they wouldn't let him because he couldn't read the fifth line on the pre-eye exam.. I got the feeling that this was not standard procedure.. I honestly feel that the Maria or whatever her name was, Was ready to go Home...Then she proceeds to tell me to come back during the a.m, like I just have nothing else to do, but come back when it is CONVENIENT for HER!!!!

I've never been talked down to or so rudely in my life at the Hattiesburg off near the mall. Not helpful at all. Unfortunately we have no choice but to deal with these employees.
