I wasn't going to call the police because a busted headlight on my car due to someone backing into it and not leaving their information. However, my insurance company requested that file a police report about my car getting damaged. So, I called to request information on the process to file the report. The person that took my call requested my information and said that she would send an officer out. They sent an officer named T. WIllis out to my house to do a simple task. However, instead he instantly had a chip on his shoulder and acted like he had some major investigation to do. He was extremely rude, very unprofessional and definitely not the sharpest tool in the shed. 
Followup -  I went down to pick up the police report, I opened it and immediately noticed that they completely twisted my words, out right lied. I reported it to the supervisor Sergeant Englishbee who didn't think that it was wrong for his officers to change my words to better fit the officers twisted report. Apparently, every bad thing that has been said on here about this police department is probably true. I would be willing to bet they have all kinds of skeletons in their closet. My advice to people, don't trust them, even if you are a law abiding citizen and don't call them unless you really have to. As for officer T. Willis, I really hope he gets whats coming to him, karma.

If you are a tourist DO NOT visit Missouri City as the Police will arrest ANYONE taking photos in the city.  The Missouri City Police are unfamiliar with the laws they are supposed to enforce and have arrested people for walking down a PUBLIC sidewalk taking photos.  There are also some Missouri City Police officers, like Sgt. Phillip Englishbee who will intentionally violate the law to intimidate people into forgoing their rights.  Sgt. Englishbee was recorded intentionally breaking the law after aggressively confronting a tourist who was taking photos of the Police Department Fallen Officers' Memorial from a public sidewalk.  The tourist was illegally arrested until the Chief of Police realized Sgt. Englishbee had screwed up at which point the tourist was released.

It is a shame when you show body cam video of your officer that clearly lies from his original statement, you support that lie and the after an internal affairs investigation determine that no policy or procedure was violated. So when is lying not a violation of protocol and procedure. #justiceforchapo. You violated this family's rights, had no warrant, entered without announcing police, without invitation and murdered their dog by shooting him in the head all for a music complaint. The first incident of a noise violation that would have been suject to a warning at most. You should have already insured your officers had the proper training for police and animal interaction a year ago when the state law was passed. Slow on the training quick on the draw....shameful.
