The management at this office is totally uncaring and incompetent. I sat there for over 2 hours today while several people walked in and several got tired and left. They should have more personal to rotate so they could take breaks without having to go to just 1 person waiting on a bunch of people during any time. I will never use this office again it is by far the worst I have ever been too!!!

Applied for a lost title for a car that had been totaled out. It has been three weeks since I applied and I still don't have my title. I can't get insurance money for my car. until I have this. I had to go ahead and buy a new car hoping that I could get my title in time so I could get money to pay my sales tax. So now I'm going to have to pay a late penalty because the DMV didn't get me my title in a approprite amount of time. I'm paying a late fee to the DMV because the DMV was late. Update: They put the wrong make and model on my title. Now I have to go back and repeat the process for a third time. The lady that helped me last time seemed confused and I didn't know what she was doing.

Very often it's not too busy and you can get your business done quickly. They always were pleasant to me.

This is my first time at this office. Everyone told me about their good experiences. I walked in and there were two people seated and a person being helped at all three windows. I thought to myself great this should only take 15 minutes tops. I sat down and started waiting. After about two minutes I heard the lady at the center window tell the young man she was helping to hurry back and he hurriedly left. She then shouted, "don't speed". She then promptly placed her window closed sign on the counter in front of her. I thought oh it must be her break time no big deal. Mind you this is at 3 p.m. I was wrong she was waiting for the young man to return. I heard her say I would love to help those people sitting out there but I am waiting on a customer. Now this young man didn't just leave the building he had gotten in his car and driven somewhere to retrieve whatever he had not brought with him that he needed to get his license. Remember there are three customers sitting in the waiting area myself included. I have everything i need to get my license and I would assume the other two ladies did as well. I am no computer expert but I am assuming that she could have simply hit the escape button several times and been back to the screen that would allow her to help us. Instead she simply sat there at her window and looked out at us like this was perfectly normal. It's lucky she is not in sales. She would be waiting on the person who didn't bring any money, while three paying customers are waiting and continually getting More and more frustated. I got up and left. People always complain about the Lee's summit license bureau but I can guarantee they would not close their window and wait for someone to return when they had others waitng. I was very disappointed in my visit.
