I have had more experience than I care for with this company, but that is obviously my own fault.  I have had a positive experience dealing with this company for the last two years.  The Independence MO location is where I did the most business, and I must say that the guys that worked there have always been extremely nice and helpful.  Also at the end of having the interlock in the vehicle, they were very helpful in giving me info about getting my ducks in a row before hand.  That was a time saver and very appreciated.  Also the live chat is very helpful as well.

The guy who installed the device in my car lost the bolt for my hood release so now that's dangling around in my floorboard. the new guy that works there offered to try and fix it once we take the device ou of the car. he's pretty friendly and personable. think his name might be Joel.

Nothing but problems I recommend another service very rude and disrespectful set appointments time and date wrong in their handwriting on post it..use any other service not this company
