I've been attending meditation sittings at the Missouri Zen Center for over a year now. I'm thankful to have such a place within our community and truly grateful to Roshi and Jimu for their leadership, insights, teachings and guidance. I had never been a spiritual person previously, simply felt as if something was missing though.. Even after my first Monday night introduction sitting I felt something of great importance behind this practice of sitting, which I hadn't encountered before. This is truly a place of peace and open to all to enjoy. Gassho, Cole.
