I took my pretty, but very dirty truck there. By the time the wash was over I left in my pretty and VERY clean truck. The prices varied from $6 to $18, I got the $14 wash, should have had the $18 (my truck deserves it). The service is great. The day I was there it was cold and icy on the floor of the wash station. The guy wish the washing brush slipped and fell. The brush handle hit my truck, and he had me get out and inspect my truck to make sure everything was fine. I looked quick and said it looked good to me, but he really wanted me to look it over. I just wanted to make sure he was ok after his fall. He seem so concerned about the brush handle, I told him the truck was fine, but he should get his leg looked at.

My son's mom's, boyfriend works here. I really enjoyed watching him wash my car lol thank you so much for that experience, justice, if you see this I do like you though. We are cool.

how is it that the spare tire and industrial pans that were in the back of my truck 3 days ago when I went through were ok but today first it was my antenna..which has never been a problem then it was the same pans they let me go through with the last time... went to competitor who is cheap we and better service. I'll be calling my credit card company to chargeback my monthly subscription.

We decided to get our SUV detailed and were referred by a friend who has an unlimited plan here. I usually detail our autos but I just don't have the time anymore. I was skeptical that they would do ssd good a job as I do. I paid extra to have it hand waxed. The interior was very good. I think the leather could have been better cleaned, and I found some spots here and there that were missed. The carpet looked great considering it was pretty bad before. I chose pina colada scent but all we could smell was the carpet cleaning foam they used. It overwhelmed the scent. The exterior looked good but there were spouts of dirt that had washed out of crevices that hadn't been wiped off. It might sound like nitpicking but when you pay $200, your expectations are high. Overall a good job. I could have done better but it takes me all day.

#1 - I like it for the convenience. #2 - there are a few staff members that do their job very well. On the flip side, there is a SERIOUS lack of being responsible!! This is in reference to the "guys" who sign you up for membership in the lanes. They have caused us more hassle & stress than any customer should have to endure from any service. Luckily the Regional Manager, Mark took care of us this last go 'round. When you have an unlimited plan for $33 a month, rely on their staff to be kind to your car...and you, the staff to recognize you & your loyalty because they see your car multiple times a week, & when you DO have a problem to take it seriously & not be so passive on the issue. I know from a Supervisory perception (because I've been in that role) that there are times that you have to crack the whip & there needs to be some whip cracking going on because I know for a fact that I'm not the only one who's had issues with my location. I just voice my issues because I work hard for my all mighty dollar.
