I've only been twice and will never go again - I've had an awful experience each time. The first time I went, the Hispanic gentleman that greets you and hoses down your car yells at you if you don't know the EXACT moment to put your car in Neutral. That was my first time going. The second time I was just getting to the part where the dryers wipe off your vehicle with the rags to help it dry faster and one of them looked like he was going to get in my vehicle and reached for the door handle. It freaked me out so I put my car in Drive right away, and then everyone glared at me for doing so, but I was so alarmed that he would try to get IN MY CAR. Never going again!!

This is a brush wash with a track that pulls your vehicle through. They quickly hand dry your vehicle as you pull out. It isn't a perfect hand dry, but they get most of it and their spotfree finish does the rest. It is a tight turn into the wash bay. I've never used the interior cleaning from this location.

One of the worst car washes I've ever gotten.  Paid $40 for the platinum wash plus my floor mats for a glorified wash. They didn't wipe down anything on the interior.  The dust was still very visible on my dash and seats.  The inside of the doors were barely touched and you could see where they started to do them and then stopped.  There was no one in line in front of me and still waited 30-45 minutes for them to do nothing on the inside.  Disappointing.

Typically this is my go to car wash. Today I am very very disappointed. I paid $30 for a full service interior and exterior wash. The exterior I pointed out some mud that was missed so they ran it through again. When I pointed this out they acted like I was crazy and asked if I paid extra for that. After my truck came out there was still visible mud and farm material hanging from the bottom of my bumper. Not to mention, the dashboard The door jams, the inside of the doors NOTHING was wiped down and my passenger seat was not even vacuumed!!!. I had spilled something in the cupholder the other day and it is still all over. Extremely disappointed never coming back. Photos posted.

This wash badly scratched my 2015 GMC pickup. They took no responsibility. I should’ve known better. Brush washes can damage your vehicle. I wish Mister Car Wash would operate their business differently. I am a business owner and I can’t tell my customers tough luck when there is an issue.
