He diagnosed the problem and helped me fix it on my own, which was very easy, over the phone- in another words, he not only help me fix the problem, but also help me save lot of $$.  I really appreciate his help. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process as well.

Nick Parker is your guy. He went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. He saved the reputation of his company, as I was originally let down by the electrician who was suppose to come (but failed to during the time frame promised). Nick arrived on time, was fast, effective, professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He exceeded our expectations, and all of our concerns were resolved in a very timely manner. We are incredibly grateful, and happy that Nick was the electrician sent our way. I would definitely use Mister Sparky's services again.

Staff was professional and friendly and was able to come in just a few hours for same day service. David was very informative about my future needs in electrical that needs to be done and even wore booties on my hardwood floors! I will be using your company in the future. I was so surprised to find such great service via the internet
