Excellent customer service and quality products. I have ordered from them online before, but most recently I realized the order I placed over the weekend needed to be changed. The guy I spoke with on the phone the next Monday was very helpful and fixed my order without charging me extra shipping. He was very personable too :)

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HAS A NO REFUND POLICY, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE ! about two weeks ago i bought a coil from here that was too large for my Smok Alien, I asked for a refund and they said fine you have to return the item to us unused . I returned the item unused and it cost me $4.00 shipping for a $5.00 coli. well two weeks later the money still was not in my bank. I called and they did not want to resolve the problem , they said it was an issue with my bank.so i told them to keep the $5.00. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN, BEWARE !

I want to premise this by saying I WAS a repeat customer before I had to deal with there "customer service" department. I had seen I ordered a Eleaf iStick Pico 75w kit from them on June 2nd. It came to my house in 3 days which I thought was great. That was the end of anything positive. I unpackaged the device, put a battery in and it immediately started to smoke with a heavy burning smell. NEVER EVEN GOT TO TURN IT ON!!!!!!!! I sent in emails stating exactly that and Blake w/ customer service said I could mail it back at my expense. If it was defective they would give me a credit on there website. Fine, seemed fair so I mailed it back. After 10 days of not hearing anything I emailed them and got a response FROM JOSH K like other reviews here that "They sent an email and didn't hear back from me so they sent it back". WHY ON EARTH WOULD I NOT RESPOND YOU IDIOTS?!?!?!?!?! Ever think to send a follow up email, or actually hit send on the email instead of typing them, taking screen shots and hitting delete. Got some more emails that I can only characterize as snarky responses that I could send it back again on there dime this time for them to test again. But if THEY found it to be in good working order it would get sent back to me. HAHA, whats the point? Threw the device in the trash and ordered a new device from vapordna. Seems like a lot of negative reviews with the same things happening repeatedly. Don't waste your money, so many other better companies with actual customer service departments!

I ordered a Smok Alien kit with 60ml of juice on March 26th. I received an email on the 27 for fraud verification asking for a government or state issued ID. I went to their link in the email and sent a picture of my ID with a matching billing address and it confirmed that my ID was approved on the website. I repeated this process twice. I did not receive any reassurance email that the order was being processed or shipped. Two days later on the 29th I emailed MistHub Support asking if there was anything else I needed to do so my order would be verified. They responded by "We had contacted you on the 27th about needing extra information to verify your order." And the rest of the email just quoted the first email they sent on the 27th. It is now April 1st and I received an email from MistHub Support stating that "This is an email to remind you that your request has been pending for 2 days and awaits your feedback. If we do not hear back from you in 24 hours this ticket will automatically close." I immediately sent ID through the link attached in their email and I also emailed MistHub Support the ID. But I still have not received any confirmation that the order is being processed. Very disappointed.
