Asked for work to be done, never received a quote and never signed an agreement. Received the bill for large amount. Called to make payment and was told this business does not accept credit cards. Told I would have to make payments over the next 3-4 months and this was agreed upon. Charge a late fee for not making payments every month after I paid the bill in full Very unprofessional. Called 2 different times to discuss and never received a call back. Very poor customer service

Called to have them come to Cedaredge to winterize our sprinkler system for .5 acres. Very timely, professional, personable. Will use again in the spring to get a water sensor installed. They did not charge me a trip charge either which is nice, considering most services to Cedaredge from anywhere other than here have a trip charge tacked on.
