I called for a quote. They gave me a window from 8-12 2 weeks out so i took the day off from work to be there for the assessment. I get a call at 9am that day to confirm our arrangement and no one shows up. I saw the truck drive by my house at 1148 without stopping, then finally get a knock at 1234. They said their previous assessment ran long. I understand things happen, but a phone call would have been nice. Needless to say i turned them away because if they cant get the quote time right they don't deserve another opportunity to waste more of my time. It was going to be a big job for them. Too bad.
