I was really sadden by the experience. I feel like they are very nice and perhaps do an amazing job; however, I arrive on time to my appointment. Was told to sign in and that was about it. 30 mins passed and was not given the courtesy of being informed or told that the stylist was behind or anything. In fact she didn't even properly introduce herself. Two ladies came in after me and barely sat for a minute before they were called to the back. It actually hurt my feelings a bit especially when I informed them of previous bad experience hence my search for a new hair home.

The staff members are true professionals. The service provided is excellent. The environment is pleasant, relaxing and soothing.
