I am extremely happy with the staff. They are a lovely team. The owner was really nice and the wine was great! Japa was my stylist and she was absolutely stunning! Best cut and color I have ever gotten in the Baton Rouge area. She also does eyebrow threading and does an amazing job. I have definitely found my spot here.

I called the owner, Miss Joan, who was very understanding and patient with me over the phone. I went in and got a keratin treatment with stylist Jappa, who was amazing and gives the best shampoo/scalp massages ever! My hair looks amazing. They educated me on hair care. They were very nice to me all around and this was my first time going to them. I will be going weekly from now on and look forward to a long-term relationship. :)

You have to visit the one and only Joan. There is no one else as experienced.  I always feel welcome and Joan is such a skilled master stylist that I always leave feeling beautiful.  There us no other salon for me

Very rude and disrespectful!  I went back because my weave was tangled badly within two weeks.  I went in. They took it out of my head, washed it and it wouldn't untangle so they threw it in the trash. One hour and a lunch break later they returned, took the hair out of the trash and proceeded to pick it back in my head. I was so upset. I told her that she was not putting that in my head.  She refused to replace my hair and I walked out with my hair all over my head while in tears because I wanted to whip her butt good.  I have Never been treated this way by a beautician.

All I can say is that Ms. Joan is extremely unprofessional. I went to get my hair cut and before getting my hair cut I wanted to make sure we were on the same page. I had never gone to the salon before. And when I said I want to make sure we are on the same page Ms. Joan told me that by saying that I'm insinuating that she is a dummy. What ma'am?!? I want to make sure MY hair is what I want it to be once I get up from this chair. She was also talking to several other people in the salon about the issue. Completely unprofessional. Other things that left her mouth were, "I'm 60 I can say whatever I want," and "I have five licenses so you're not going to tell me how to do hair." Actually I am going to tell you how to do MY hair. I'm paying YOU! Maybe it's time for early retirement Ms. Joan. She also declined to do my friends hair that came with me for no reason other than she came with me. I left the salon in tears because it was disrespectful and it was very hard to keep my composure and not act a fool with an elderly woman. Don't waste your time. I will say the rest of the staff is very nice. They were floored and didn't know what to say but my friend and I spoke with the staff the day before and they were very friendly. The boss is the cancer of the business though.
