Greetings, 

It is my discomfort to write concerning an infraction which occurred on 11/30/2017 between 7p.m.and 8:15 p.m. CST.  The infraction location is Mobil/ Gulf/ Petroleum Wholesale #169 of Abbott, TX. 

Upon driving to the pump, I proceeded inside the store as usual to leave my fuel card with the clerk for the purchase. Inside there was a man that the clerk was assisting so I waited behind the man until she finished assisting him.  When he walked off I stepped up to the counter as usual expecting service. The clerk didn't say anything to me but turned and picked up the phone to make a phone call. As she turned the man asked her a question from the other side of the counter which she answered.  The clerk began to speak with someone on the phone when at this point three others came into the store to purchase fuel also.  The clerk hung up the phone and proceeded to greet these men and assist their needs.  

At this point I spoke across the counter to the clerk saying  "excuse me, I've been waiting and I was here first."  The clerk rudely responded saying "you should have gotten in the right line."  So I walked around the counter and waited again for my turn.  When my turn came I said to the clerk "I was in here first and that was very rude of you."  

At that point the clerk rudely replied "I'm not servicing you,.. you need to leave!"  Agitated I left and drove to Loves in Hillsboro,  TX to receive good service.  

Sadly, my rights as a customer has been violated.  As a long time customer, I was refused service without adequate reason.  Even my constitutional right of free speech was violated by the representative. 

Furthermore, after review we will no longer do business with Gulf/Mobil/ Petroleum Wholesale establishments.

Just avoid this place if possible. You can't pay at the pump, no ice cream inside, and selection was generally lacking in the convenience store. The pumps were all full because everyone had to go inside to pay, get change, etc. Unnecessarily lost 10 minutes of my life here.

Just stopped in and my son had the best customer service ever! He's 9 years old and got more candy than he paid for. His total was probably close to 6 bucks, and he only had 4.15 in his pocket. The guy named Dustin at the counter took care of the rest for him. Nicest gas station or truck stop employee I've come across in a long time. Thanks Dustin! A little generosity goes a long way these days :)

Don't stop here! Huge puddles all around the pumps. Cashier was extremely rude and ignored me for a few minutes before ringing me up.
