The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Their hours state that they are open for inspection until 5:30 Monday through Friday. I brought my car for an inspection at 5:15 on a Wednesday and was told they could not take it because they had already closed. I asked them if their hours were until 5:30 and he said that it already was 5:30. When I told them it was actually 5:15 he changed his story and said they take their last car at 5:05 because it takes at least 25 minutes to do an inspection. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me he was there manager. When I expressed my displeasure with that he brushed me off and told me to go somewhere else. Another gentlemen who I am told is the also manager told me to go to their affiliated service center on Harvard Street. He stated he would call and have them reserve my spot so I would be taken immediately when I arrived. Upon arrival at the Harvard Street location, another customer pulled in immediately before me. I asked the attendant if he had spoken with John the manager and if I would be taken first because of what had occurred. He said that he would need to do the other vehicle first but that it would only take 10 minutes. I'm not sure why it takes this shop only 10 minutes but there other shop 25. I would never give my business to them again. Be warned.

KEEP DRIVING FOR THE GOOD OF YOUR PRIDE / car. Any GOOD reviews here are paid for. I'm a local, they hike gas prices for rt 9 & the sexist horror show you face actually going in is no joke. Passing the buck on who knows what about your car here is an art. Honestly maybe I'm just mad they ripped off my grandma or are shaking me down with the work Valvoline passed them without asking me but seriously. Drive down the block! Avoid them just. Learn from my nightmare

I got the pleasure of having the day off and getting the company 9ft van serviced here. Be patient and you will have the most wonderful service experience here. So friendly and so helpful.

Absolute trash. Came in to get my car inspected. Headlight was out. So they said come back when it's fixed. Fixed it. Brought it back the same day. Guy proceeds to tell me my lens is cracked in my tail light and need to get it fixed. I asked him what for?? The light is still functional. He couldn't give me an answer. He says any cracked lens needs to be fixed or it's a fail...fine....so I asked alright just give me a rejection sticker so I don't get pulled over. He says he's done for the day. It was 4:45pm and on the front of the garage it's advertised as state inspection until 5:30pm. TRASH. Never going here again. I advise you do the same.

So I took my car to this place last week to get inspected. My headlight was out and the check engine light was on. I asked them to fix the check engine light issue, replace the headlight, and inspect the car. I got a call later that day saying my car was ready, but I couldn't come in so I picked it up the next day. When I came in, they tried to charge me $250 to fix a thermostat, they had not replaced the headlight, and they had not conducted the inspection. I paid them because I agreed to the repair, though a new thermostat is about $30 and takes about 30 minutes to install (at their $90 per hour rate, that should have been somewhere around $80). It was 8 pm at night, so I couldn't get my car inspected that day. I returned a week later to get my car inspected and was told that their machine was "down" and that they were likely down "throughout the state." I proceeded to get the run-around between three people, none of whom were willing to answer my question of whether I could leave my car to get inspected. They were extremely rude, didn't care they hadn't performed the work we agreed to, and could not care less about the fact I needed an inspection. The longer our conversation went on, the more hostile they became. Even the cashier started just repeating to me that the machine was "down." I brought it to another place near my house and received prompt and friendly service. This place is a dumpster fire full of disrespectful, borderline incompetent mechanics. Avoid it all costs and go anywhere else.
