A few weeks ago I visited this location with my very small carrying service dog and was denied service at this location. Even though there is not any open food sold at this location nor signs that state they do not allow service dogs. All she could say is, "Now you know you can't have a dog in here!" Um no I didn't know! There are no signs stating so and again no open food sold here. I took my dog outside and prayed he stayed long enough for me to try to go back in and try to pay for my transaction. I visited the location again on 5/4/18 approximately 10:43 am. The location was slow at this time. I pulled up to the corner of the building facing the E85 pump and air for the tire. I went inside to find no other customers shopping at the time. I approached the counter and was assisted by a Caucasian Women with dirty blonde hair, pulled back, standing approximately 5 foot and maybe an inch. Very petite. Age ranging from 45 to 50. She asked what she could help me with. I stated what I needed from her behind the counter and placed my money in the window. I needed to make my purchase before I knew how much money I would have to put into gas. I do drive a Ford Taurus that is flex fuel. I also needed change to air up my front passenger tire. She pushed my money back at me so hard it flew out of the slot and unto the floor scolding me with "You can't park there!". I responded, “Oh, Uh, oh, ok, I see ok well I need to know…” not only in a state of confusion at this point but was rudely interrupted by her again as she stated, “Move Your Car or go someplace else!”. As far as I seen there were NO signs stating that I had to park at a pump and not in front or to the side of the building. As far as that goes there are no signs at all for handicapped parking. I took my money back and left the store. I have severe anxiety issues, and walking problems. I have a handicapped plate. My car would have easily been moved once my transactions and questions were completed. I was not blocking anyone from parking or pulling up to the station. It is hard for me just to get out of my house. The treatment that I received this morning sure did not help change that. It was unnecessary for her to talk to or treat any customer with such disrespect. I have only lived in this neighborhood for just under 2 months but have found too many other locations nearby that have the same products, good locations to eways, and much better customer service and standards. And whoever says they have a bathroom must be of something special to whoever is working at the time. I would stay home and starve to death if they were the only place to shop.

Racist! During my visit home for the holiday's my 87 year old grandmother and I were insulted and disrespected by a rotten tooth female clerk working at this location. The clerk shouted racial slurs at the both of us while threatening to whoop my grandmothers "old ass". While the price of gas is good at this location, the overall lack of customer service and tact is poor.

They have a lady working there today who is either drunk or on drugs. She was very rude to everyone and swearing at customers. I wish I had a number to call and report her. I will never go back again! Just read the message below mine and that is the same lady that we encountered. I didn't want to be mean, but it was a rooten tooth lady who I am referring too!

One of my local has stations I use. Don't like as much as I use to when it was cigo gas. That was much better has. Its ok now don't really care for Mobil.
