Joanne and Nicole where beyond rude. I came into the store this morning to exchange a chocolate milk that smelled rancid and tasted sour. When I Entered the store I asked if I could exchange the milk for a new one I saw that the date on the milk in the store was the same as the one I was returning so I asked if I could put the value toward something else She told me that she could not do any returns because she didn't know if I bought it from there she continued to argue with me for over 5 minutes telling me she could not do it I asked her to call her manager upon calling her manager (Nicole) her manager than agreed with me and said that the value is OK to go towards another product purchase throughout the entire time i was in the store Joanne was still beyond rude and told me that they will never do returns on EB T again when all I was trying to do was get the value put towards another product and never get any money back. I never even asked once for any cash back. I will never come back here

At approximately 12:05 on Nov. 5, 2015, I purchased gas from the Mobil station at 242 Amherst St., Nashua, NH and then went inside to buy a pack of cigarettes. I asked for a pack of American Spirit, the price was 7 and change, and paid with a $20 bill. I was running late for an appointment and didn't count my change as I usually do. The change was supposed to have been $12 and change, and the attendant (who I later found out was the store manager) gave me 3 bills, with the top two being dollar bills. I paid $2 in tolls driving north for an appointment in Hillsborough, NH. After my appointment, I stopped at Dunkin Donuts and pulled the remaining bill out of my pocket and saw that it was a $5 bill, not a $10 bill as it should have been. I paid for a coffee and had $2 left for the tolls on the return trip. I stopped at this station to see if they could rectify the situation. There was a different attendant there at the time and she told me I had to contact the manager, whose name is Bruce. I tried calling him the next day he was supposed to be there (Saturday), but I had just missed him so needed to call back the following Monday. I contacted him on Nov. 9, 2015, and he said I'd have to wait till the next day as he was still counting money and receipts from the week before, which I find questionable since I would think cash is totaled and checked against the receipts at the end of each shift, or at minimum at the end of the day. Various matters came up which prevented me from calling till Nov. 13, 2015. I called on that day and reached Bruce and asked if they had been able to determine if they were $5 over in their count for that day I visited the store. He said no, and questioned me as to why I had waited so long, even though I brought it to the store's attention the same day it happened. He basically told me he wasn't going to give me back my money that he overcharged me. What began as what might have been a simple mistake on his part is now outright theft, since I KNOW for a fact he shorted me $5 on the day of 11/5/2015. I will never purchase anything from that store again, at least for as long as "Bruce" is running it.

Would give it less if Dunkin Doughnuts wasn't right there. Prices are ridiculous!
