I've never walked in and returned a pop for being flat, but when a 20 oz is $1.89 & it just sucks...I'm not drinking it! It literally is water with food coloring. The ladies working let me exchange it for a different one, which I appreciate, but I couldn't find another mountain dew worth walking out with. Instead I got a cherry coke, I could gently tip it and see the bubbles form knowing it wasn't flat. In my opinion, having drank mountain dew for the past 10 years, it just looked like a bad batch. Maybe dropped or shaken up alot? No carbonation, whatsoever! I don't blame the attendants either, it's the fact she tried dismissing my kindness saying, with attitude, how her co-worker drinks it all the time and never has a problem..We're not talking about your Co worker. I'm telling you, as the customer, your mountain dew is not up to standards. I don't enjoy returning a flat pop anymore than you like replacing it. Had she just been like "I'm sorry about that" I'd have no problem giving a positive review.
