If zero stars was an option, that's what I would've chosen. The customer service is horrible. They are incredibly rude on the phone and their billing department constantly makes mistakes. They not only constantly make mistakes, but they refuse to admit when they are wrong. Will be terminating service and signing on with someone else ASAP.
