I am unable to give a high star rating to this company because unfortunately we did not get to use them. I had pre-booked a banana boat ride for 5 girls for a bachelorette weekend (over 1 month in advance). The trip was over Labor Day weekend, so we wanted to ensure we booked in advance. On the night before our reservation, I received a voicemail from the company at 7pm notifying me that our ride tomorrow morning is cancelled. He did not give me a reason, and there was no answer or call back from the voicemail I left him. I am very disappointed, as this was the only activity that I had pre-booked for our entire bachelorette weekend. Given that it was a holiday weekend and their last minute cancellation, we were instead left to have a generic beach day instead of a fun water activity. I have received a refund (3 weeks later) but I wish I had been given a call back or explanation for the cancellation. I do trust the other positive reviews, which is why I chose to pay good money for this activity. Unfortunately we did not get to experience their positive customer service. I would try them again on a future trip.

Amazing experience. Very professional and personal all at the same time. Chris and company were so catering and wonderful. I will definitely be back to yall when I come back to Destin. I will be recommending it to everyone I know also. Thank u so much. Wonderful experience.

Very fun, similar to tubing but on a banana. Would recommend to anyone.
