Dr. Rossi is a very down to earth vet. She always does what is necessary and in the best interest of my dog. She never pushes for procedures, medicines, etc. that are not needed--just to make more money.  Very honest! Highly recommend!

Barb Rossi has been our family vet since the late 1980's.  She has cared for three of our dogs.  She is responsive to our calls at all hours.  Last summer our young dog had an injured foot and Barb took time out of her day off to look at it.  I was concerned that she would have to lance the sore and bandage her foot.  She actually gave us antibiotics and a soaking medication that took care of the problem in a couple of days.  The fun part was it also turned her foot blue for a period of time.  Which in the end added some humor to what we thought would be a big problem .  Barb put a smile on our faces even when she doesn't try to.

Used Dr. Rossi to help a special cat leave for the rainbow bridge.  Dr. Rossi was very kind, and empathetic with my mom and her cat at a very sad and difficult time. I am sorry for those who had a bad experience because I do know what that is like having worked with many vets over the years - but our experience was something we are grateful for.

Insensitive and did not listen. I called Dr. Rossi to euthanize my elderly cat. Dr. Rossi was cold and seemed impatient. She repeated told me to get a towel to lay him on in case he urinated while I insisted that it was fine if he urinated on his favorite blanket. She was also insistent that she notify my regular vet while I was telling her that it was not necessary, that I would prefer to notify them myself. I will never forgive myself for not just telling her to leave. I really wanted my boy's last moments to be filled with love. I had called other mobile vets, but it was a Sunday and she was the only one that answered.
