Very Nice and Helpful! When I called the shop a woman answered and explained that the man that ran the shop was out for a bit and would call me back in 5 minutes. I got a call in 3 minutes. We talked and he explained he worked by appointment but could meet on short notice. Since I was the bowling alley nearby, I was there in 5 minutes.  The shop is really more like a really good home business. Their store is behind their home and is very cool. This guy was much more helpful than the guy in the proshop at the lanes in Norco. The last review does not give this guy justice, he is a little older maybe he couldn't hear the phone with all his drilling equipment going on. He answered all calls well when I was in the store. Definitely getting my gear from here.. E.G. thanks!
