I am a huge fan of MOD Pizza's concept.  The pizzas are consistently good.  The service needs a little work and yet I have never met an employee at MOD who was interested in constructive feedback.  For instance,  you place your order and end up answering the same question over and over.  Such as, which vegetables, and then your answer in interrupted as the employee yells a welcome over you to someone entering.  And then you answer again and are lucky to not have to answer a third time.  If one of the first employees marks the box on the order sheet for a finishing sauce,  I have always had to ask again when I pick up the order.  I love the concept of job training.   I just wish that consistent,  great service was on the menu.   With that - they would get five stars.

Best pizza place in tricities. Not only is the food great and made to order, but the ingredients are always fresh too. The owner Todd always goes out of his way to make us feel like family. My son absolutely loves going here and talking his ear off. And no matter how busy they are, Todd always makes time to listen. We go as often as we can. I would highly recommend to anyone that loves pizza and a great family restaurant.

Delicious pizza, made to order.  Lots of vegan-friendly fresh toppings like roasted asparagus, roasted broccoli, and roasted red peppers.  Superb thin crust or chewier thick crust and dairy free cheese!  Yumm!

The only reason...literally the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I really, really don’t like the fact that I have to repeat myself multiple times when I say extra. For example, when I got to the pepperoni, after already telling her “more, please” twice (there was probably like 6 or 7 at this point), I said “just...go ahead and don’t be afraid to pile it right on”...she put two pepperoni on it. This is very frustrating for me. I’d rather they keep going until I say stop instead of forcing me to repeat myself. Like the cheese they put on at Olive Garden, “tell me when to stop.” Needless to say, the same thing happened when I arrived at the cheese. I take full advantage of “tell me when to stop.” That single change would make this 5 stars. Side note: those ding dong things are bomb.

This was my first time coming here and honestly the service was great ! But what was even better was Jared miles ! This guy did a.  Phenomenal job he took care of me  Like a person should be treated! I will honestly go back and recommend all my employees to go there for the food. This guy made it happen and gave me the best costumer service ! 5 start rating for him and the salad he made thank you so much Jared miles you have my service !
