Story

MOD Pizza serves up individual artisan-style pizzas and salads made on demand. Customers can design their own pizzas and salads or select from a menu of MOD classics. All are the same price regardless of toppings. The handcrafted pizzas are then fired in our 800 degree display oven and ready to eat in less than 5 minutes. MOD also offers milkshakes, house-made iced teas and lemonades, local craft beer and wine, and more.

We were traveling with two restless children. Stopped here to grab some pizzas. The crew there made them just like we asked and then while they were baking the guy at the end sensed the kids were struggling to behave and went out of his way to try to cheer them up. Stickers, friendly chat with them, and then gave them each a complimentary cake. They cheered up and it was so refreshing to me to see a young man go out of his way to go the extra mile to make our day better. Blessings to the young man there who has 3 kids of his own that made our day even better than one of their delicious pizzas would have done for us.

I absolutely love this MOD location.  Of course the pizza is always delicious, but what really stands out about this location is the customer service.  I've had 2 particularly outstanding instances I'd like to share.  The first was a little while back; I had decided to get a lemonade with my pizza but they were cleaning the machines at the time.  It wasn't a huge deal to me at all, but a little while later as I'm getting my pizza, an employee comes out with a lemonade and gives it to me for free.  That really impressed me; I wasn't expecting anything like that at all.

And then tonight, my boyfriend and I stopped in to grab some dinner to take home and apparently my phone fell out of my pocket into the snow. Someone found it, and the staff called and texted my boyfriend to let him know it was there, and when I went to pick it up, they told me they had even put it on the charger!  These guys are awesome, and they definitely don't have to worry about losing my business.  Good going, guys!
