David is one of the rudest nail techs I've ever met. He talks about people in his language right in front of you. I caught him on my translator! He can't paint your nail without a bunch of mess ups and then blames it on you. When confronted on his bahavior, he became very belligerent. No manager to talk to! My nails are so lop sided and the shape is horrible. He rushed through to get me out. Their customer service is the worst. When you complain, they All turn on you.

I went to this nail salon today hoping everything would go well. I asked for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow waxing. My tech was Lisa, who appeared friendly at first. I got my pedicure done first, and I had to tell her that I wanted everything "regular" including the manicure because she didn't ask. She did good on the pedi/manicure minus knicking my skin & being a little rough. I was disappointed because my toenails and fingernail colors did not match, even though the same color was used for both. The kicker is when I went to pay, Lisa tried to charge me $67. I asked her why was it that much, and her initial friendliness turned into being rude. She told me it was $67 because she gave me a gel manicure, which I did not ask for and I had already looked up their prices before going. Then she said, it will be $60 which is still $7 over what I should have paid for regular services (eyebrows $10, pedicure $28, manicure $15=$53). She did not want to let me see the nail polish when I told her my toenails and fingernails color were off, then she got mad because I asked her for a receipt and had a nerve to slam my receipt down on the counter. The only reason I didn't ask to speak to a manager is because I'm sure they'd probably side with her. If overcharging customers makes you think you're doing yourself a favor, it doesn't. It makes your customers feel bad, and you lose business that way by being dishonest. It was my first time there, and I will think long and hard about why I should go back.

I usually ask for the same person every time because he is careful and good. I haven't had such a good experience with 2 other people that have done my nails here. My advice is to go and if uppity get someone you don't like, try someone else next time. They have a lot of staff and I have had good experiences with 3 people vs the 2 that were horrible and one person who was okay

Today was my first time using this nail salon and my experience was nothing short of amazing!! The service was great!! My tech was Ben...he did an AMAZING JOB. He made me very comfortable and the massage was ON POINT!!! I will be definitely be coming here to see him again soon.

They make me bleed most of the time I go. I will say the men are better at manicures than the women. My nail shape is always wrong! Not going back!
