I went in for the wonderful special for botox. When I called for an appointment I spoke to Denise who was ever so pleasant on the telephone. She was wonderful in order to accomate me for an appointment. When I went in I was greeted by Denise with a beautiful smile. I filled out my paperwork and was seen at the appointed time. One of my pet peeves is making an appointment and having to wait much longer than my scheduled time. Not here. I was taken to a room and was explained in detail as to what my concerns were. I loved it that there was no pressure into talking me into another procedure. I would like more procedures and knowing that I was not going to have them at this time, Denise still explained the other procedures to me. She was patient, knowledgeable about the services provided. She is extremely personable. I was then taken to a room and pleasantly walked in Jennifer, she is a PA. We chatted socially and then again I was explained in detail what the procedure was. Well, now I must tell what I had. I had botox injections. I have had botox. before but never with a gentle touch as Jennifer has. I had no pain or discomfort and no bruising. I went shopping right after with no signs of injections. I totally trust her with my face. I will be returning for my other procedures to come. I left very happy.
