I've worked here in the past and been a customer. Both experiences have sucked for me. They blamed me for everything that went wrong, bad mouthed me in Spanish as if I didn't know and many more. As far as a customer, I've only had bad experiences. They pick and choose which coupons to take. If it doesn't scan, they wont grant it even though I know they can, they give attitude, make the food sloppy, THEY'RE VERY RUDE, etc. I HATE coming here. I like the food there so it sucks but it just turns me off from there completely. It's not hard to have great customer service. Just be kind, do your job and clock out. That's it.

Fresh good food fast, not fast food. Very reasonable prices for big portion sizes. You customize as you progress through the line. Freshness, size, customized, earn the extra star. A happy atmosphere, though a lot of formica makes the styling seem a little dated.

Great olace to eat, been to two different moe's, in less than 2 weeks. Man, they make such better salads and more variety than chipotle. No doubt, they went all in making this new food to new boundaries. Its a bit more expensive maybe because of the chips and drink included. But its worth it, more sauces than chipotle. The queso is Better than chipotle's queso eww. Never taking that "genuine" cheese.. cold cheese.. moes is the new popular spot. Ill be eating there for years to come!!

One of my favorite places to eat! The service and food is always top notch. Helpful hint: download the mobile app for offers and rewards. You basically get a $10 gift card for every $100 you spend plus many discounts. I remember during the snow storm earlier this year I received a notification for $5 burritos.

My past experiences with this particular Moes, between the quality of the food and the service of certain workers, would resulted in a rating of 1 star. However, I went in today and it was a completely different experience, the workers had so much energy, were very friendly, and the quality of the food was so much better (looks and taste). I am happily surprised!
