Going down hill fast. We've been eating at this Moe's, since they opened. 2 weeks ago, it wasn't the norm, just thought it was a bad night, the team used to care. Today, seriously bad, gave just a handful of chips, with what was supposed to be a Home Wrecker Bowl in the already down sized container, 1/2 the size! It didn't taste right, probably because they didn't make it how they normally do. I should have just walked out, when I saw her attitude. Called and talked Manager Izzy, she pretty much didn't care, didn't offer to make it right, just said, I'll talk to them later, sorry. Yeah so am I.
I went to pick up my lunch and there was barely anything in it, plus the rice was missing. I went to the register, after checking my receipt, to make sure I included rice in my order. I did. The guy said they were out of brown rice and do I asked for white instead. That's when he brought the tiny condiment container to me. I was a bit shocked after all that's probably 2 spoonful of rice. I said to the guy, i paid for rice with my meal. The girl making the orders further down yelled" that's all we're allowed to give". I laughed, and another lady eating, who overheard the conversation started to laugh as well. Obviously this was a joke. I didn't fuss or make a scene ... I choose to STOP eating at Moe's! They lost a regular customer.
**UPDATE 4 weeks ago I had an awful experience read below. After a great call from the manager and being invited back, we tried again tonight. Day and night difference! Food prep area was spotless, the workers were friendly, the dining area was clean! Most of all, the food was fresh and delicious!!! I am so happy to be able to recommend this location again. Locations that can take feedback and implement fast change like this to make it right are exactly the types that deserve our business! Thanks Moe’s! Ordered my usual but will not be eating it or returning to this location. There were so many flies in this location and the food prep station was disgusting. Extreme cross contamination of ingredients and old looking food sitting out at 6:30 PM. I also witnessed several people wiping sweat out of their face and then touching food or wrapping freshly prepped food. The cashier touched money several times, touched her face, touched her phone, and then returned to scooping chips without hand washing. I bought my dinner, but I won’t be eating it.
Rude staff, dirty rag on counter, spills at salsa Station, water leaking from ceiling, tubs of the water from the ceiling on floor and counter, dripping all over floor! Won't be back, can't believe I ate here! If the dining area is this dirty, imagine the back or what else they aren't doing right!
The food is great but you have to order inside. Ordering on the app has always had my order wrong. The "Welcome to Moe's" is not said here and the workers rush you so you feel hurried and not heard correctly. Multiple times had to repeat that I didn't want queso and that I wanted a drink. The dining area and the drink counter are always dirty. On the plus side, the drink station has no sugar drink options and I really appreciate that.
Moe’s is one of our favorite places to eat. We will not be returning to this location. It was really dirty. Food was all over the counters. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working. The biggest concern is the cleanliness of this restaurant.
Not the best Moe's unless you like crunchy old rice and bad service with an attitude. We didn't eat much, i was afraid I'd break a tooth on the rice. Worker doesn't know how to fold burritos so it was basically a bowl. Meat was old and dried out, too. Food took forever because most of the staff was standing around except one sitting near the drink station with her mop, making it difficult to get a drink or salsa. Dirty tables and the bathrooms desperately needed attention. Only edible thing of our $30 lunch for two was the chips and queso. Not recommended. We'll stick to Chipotle.
Went for lunch with my littles. My Homewrecker was fine, but I ordered a kids taco meal and a kids burrito meal also. After asking for the ground beef as the protein, the amount was “very small”. I asked if that was the portion size, I was told simply yes. Now I’m a restaurant guy who has heard the 3 pickles per burger because an extra pickle cost the corporation x more dollars a year, but….if I’m just getting meat and cheese, for 5$, maybe you can flex a little on the meat or cheese portionor at least try to upsell me on a double meat portion!
Workers are lazy and rude. Don’t eat here. Make this trash at home like I should’ve. They are soooooo lazy and forgetful. If you don’t want to work stay at home. Had to buy my own chips. Food is stale
I walked in and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took 20 minutes to even order with just those 3 people, and then another 10 minutes to pay and get my food. All I had was a burrito. Nothing else. Not to mention the guy in front of me didn’t even get his food. What I assume was the manager said they lost his bowl. The food tasted good otherwise. I don’t think it should take 10+ minutes to serve a customer from the time they order, pay, and leave
