Had to satisfy the craving since moving here last summer. Makes me wonder why I even came in this day smh. Protein and condiments were subpar as far as flavors and they need to take a page from chipotle that actually has a consistent flavor in their food.
As we entered Moe's Southwest grill at 12:45pm on a Monday afternoon, we greeted the staff with a "Hello" and they did not return the greeting's. Apparently we interrupted their screen time because the staff were sitting at the booths on their phone when we arrived. As we paid for our lunch we thank them and they did not acknowledge us. The portions they serve you are insulting for the cost. I was able to position the food to less than half of my container, the rice was crunchy and the food was not fresh. Let's just say, do not expect a greeting, manners or fresh food from the staff when you visit Moe's Southwest Grill.
Let me say I love moes but this location is god awful. Customer service was terrible. Their food was so old looking. Normally when I go they give me a whole bag of chips these workers sprinkled chips on the bottom of the bag... it was extremely disappointing. Normally when I leave an order like this I get 2 big bags full to top of chips. But them two girls you have working there are awful and rude. Also no welcome to moes
Althought I didnt have any problems with rude staff during my visit, they weren't enthusiastic or attentive. Other negative reviews are spot on in terms of the place not being clean too. My fiancee's burrito was ok but we got chicken when she asked for beef and it was not at all busy. We were the only people in there. The burrito was free for her birthday so we didn't complain, plus I like chicken better. But still, by far the dirtiest Moe's I've ever been in. This place needs a lot of improvement. Unacceptable really. Parking is metered as well. I wouldn't come here again if I could at all avoid it.
Severely short staffed for a lunch time crowd. The staff was really trying. The romaine lettuce was wilted had to result to iceberg lettuce for my Closetalker. Majority of the tables were dirty. There were chips all over the floor near the back exit. Process improvement is definitely needed.
I am updating this review again. I’ve had great excellent customer service and food quality my last two visits. Earlier I complained about one of the male employees. I didn’t see him the second to last time I was there, but I did when I was there just now. It seemed that he was being considerate and attentive to other customers. We didn’t interact at all. The other male employee was very helpful, considerate, and careful when preparing the food. He prepared a delicious burrito, he asked me which pick up order I placed and immediately started working on it, and he even filled up my large coke for me, taking at least 30 seconds to fill it all the way to the top taking that much time due to the foam. It seems like things are improving considerably here, overall. I’m very happy about this because I want to come here often.
Okay... As a former fast casual food manager, this visit was very hard for me. We ordered 2 Snacks, and the made us 2 Burritos. And the whole time we were eating, other guests were calling in complaining about this location messing up their orders. And the employees were being openly RUDE to customers calling in complaints about them messing up their orders. Not to mention the restauat was an absolute mess
I went once, had a horrific experience, gave it a second chance, and almost instantly regretted it. The two ladies who work there literally do not care about the food or the customers especially. Literally the food is half the size it should be, it's terrible quality, and the service is shockingly bad. I will never, ever go back and would never recommend going to this location not even for door dash
Yelling at his coworkers/employees n telling kids they acting like a wild animal only want to please those special customers
I use to love eating here but the GM himself plays with people food! Purposely not putting steak on my burritos on more than one occasion. Just rude and disrespectful idc what you’re personal problems are don’t play with my food like how you forget the meat I paid extra for and your the General manager
