Nice fast food option with a few different toppings when compared to chipotle and other Mexican fast food restaurants. I liked that they offer both olives and onions. The guacamole is not as good as chipotle quac in my opinion. Same could be said about the meat options as I think the chicken and tofu options at chipotle have more spice and substance. Pick up was quick and on time.
New kiosk only ordering method is great. Allows for you to truly grasp all the options before ordering and to take your time with your decision. Also great for this time of social distancing. It did take longer than usual to get my food but that seemed to be more due to an influx of online orders as we didn't have to wait to use the kiosk.
Ordered a small group lunch today online-- which processes through Doordash. Our order was missing some items, but the Moe's staff went above and beyond to make this right! They were very friendly and professional. We really appreciated all that you did get us our items! We love ordering from your location! I only wish I had some cash on me to tip your employee. She was awesome! Thanks again!
Love this place! I went for the first time maybe 2 months ago and now I go for lunch nearly everyday. I mostly order online which is so easy and its nice that you can customize everything, the kiosks inside are so nice, so you can see the options and not have to talk to anyone. The Moe's rewards are great, I'm constantly gettin $10 off my meals! The food is amazing and super inexpensive, my new fav lunch spot!
I had beef burrito and two tacos; nothing special to rave about but I wasn't impressed by the price for the amount of food. The two tacos were vey small and were 6 dollars. The burrito was 8 bucks. I could have gotten twice the amount of food for the same amt at taco bell. It was a typical COVID dine-in experience not helped by some weak a/c on an extremely warm day. Overall, a very mediocre experience.
Nice location with good food. It's a little more expensive than Chipotle, but they offer a few more toppings that Chipotle doesn't and you get free chips with your entree. Just wish they wouldn't put my heavy burrito on top of the chips in the bag as it just crushes themm. Had to take a star off. They got new kiosks and the way it's set up is that the card reader machine is situated such that the screen is actually under the main computer and cannot be angled. I'm visually impaired and have to lean close to read things and this setup makes it impossible for me and presumably other people with visual impairments to read the screen on the card reader. They also edited their menu and don't have as many toppings choices no more mushrooms or bacon, though they strangely have to choices for lettuce 'lettuce' and 'shredded lettuce'.
The food is middle of the road and I dislike the kiosk ordering system. Nothing makes me feel more special than people who can't be bothered to talk to me. On the up side it is cleaner than your average Chipotle. It looks like they are doing everything to save a buck there. Unfortunately the savings is not passed onto the customer. It is too expensive for the level of service and quality of the food.
I started out for Chipotle and found the place nearly empty, no one at the counter, food looked dried out, walked across the street to Moe's Southwest Grill in Market Square and found my new favorite restaurant ! The food was much better, everything looked fresh and the staff and service was most excellent, very personable. I do not write many reviews, but Moe's deserves 4 stars
Sort of interesting as all interactions was done via a touchscreen at this location and not going down the line like others. This limited the choices I could make when ordering my food i.e. I like Mexican rice on my tacos but that wasn't an option. Don't get me wrong, the food was very good and classic Moe's quality and I assume they had to set it up that way due to the space constraints and the fact being so close to a college, they probably deal with high volume surges are certain times of the day. I get why they did the setup that way, just something to keep in mind. Honestly this is like a 4.5 review if I could do that, and would certainly go again.
You order at the kiosk and your food is put out on a shelf then your number is hollered out and you get to figure it out. Staff doesn't care to speak with you the customer but they sure were laughing and joking while making the food. I really don't appreciate the kiosk asking for me to leave a tip before I ever get service?!? A little overpriced for the quality of food I got. Unfortunately didn't eat but a few bites. Quality of my order is not worth going back. There are too many other places to eat that actually answer questions and have good food! I went hungry after paying $15.
