I called this law firm regarding my daughter's traffic ticket. I have been in law area as a paralegal for last 20 years. Since I am not familiar with traffic ticket matters and we live too far from where she got the ticket, i had to find some one near La Grange. Mr. Moffitt was on vacation when I called but he didn't hesitate to call me back from his vacation. It turned out that we didn't really need an attorney for this ticket; however, he made an effort to call me twice to explain my rights and how I could handle the ticket. I told him straight out that I have not seen any attorney like him during my 20 years experience with so many attorneys. The fact that there was no money making on his side didn't matter. He was simply a nice, caring person. I just wish there are many attorneys like him. Thank you Mr. Moffitt.

Tyler Moffitt did a great job with representing me in my case. I wish i would have learned about him first because every lawyer i went to before him told me my case was already decided and to go in and just accept the punishment for what i was being charged for. Tyler was the only one who gave me hope and made me believe that i still had a fighting chance to get the results I wanted, and that's exactly what happened. Tyler exceeded expectations! He got the results I wanted and I was beyond pleased. He kept me calm through the whole process and had no problem repeating and explaining everything I didn't understand until I got it. Even though I asked him to repeat it about a hundred times every time we talked, he still broke it down for me. Thank You Tyler for helping me and working with me to get through this. I really appreciate it!!

I would definitely recommend Taylor Moffitt and his associates for any of your case needs that his firm represents, he gave me confidence and hope while I was feeling down he told me to fax and was truthful what he could possibly do.Very well-educated and understands the law very well. He's also answer any of my questions when I need them answers, responsive time is excellent. I did not have to go in front of the judge, pay my fine and some community service also a life lesson learned, definitely would recommend Taylor Moffitt

Attorney Moffitt carefully explained my case and went over my discovery with me in detail. He answered my questions and related to my concerns. He was upfront and honest when he told me we had a definite case and that i was not required to plea. the decision was mine and the sentencing i feel i can deal with. aside from a magic button that makes it go away. Tyler Moffitt is a very capable attorney, having my sentence reduced from 8 years to 5 years probation and court costs. I am very happy to have this resolved.

The experience was great. He did his research about my case and got the best possible outcome. He was very affordable and he's a very approachable person very knowledgeable about the law. In addition to that he was always reachable anytime during the day or night.
