I purchased an Audi A3 recently and have never had a better experience buying a car.  I have purchased many cars for my family over the years and I am the type that enjoys that experience, but in all those years, Susan Moffitt was the only dealership owner that ever was directly involved in my car deals.  Susan is GREAT to work with, if something can be done to earn your business, she will do it.  Her work hours cover about 18 hours a day and she is a true "car" person.  I am an out of state buyer, so I had never actually seen this car before I flew in to pick it up but because of Susan's involvement, I was at complete peace that the car would be as advertised.  Her staff picked me up, stayed late to close the deal and even though it was well past closing time, everyone had a smile on their face and a real passion to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.  I would recommend Susan Moffitt to anyone looking to deal with a genuine person.  I hope I have the pleasure of purchasing another car here in the future.

Duke was a wonderful sales person to do business with.  He was thorough, honest, and the sweetest guy ever!!!  Be careful with the finance officer- Kathy.  She is not an honest person and will try to sneak in costs and is not forthcoming.
