I went with friends and the same boba balls had three different textures. Mine was undercooked and my friend's boba was overcooked. The tea is really good, but it was more expensive than it's actual value. The packaging it super cute though.Food: 1/5

The unsweetened boba is either overly chewy or undercooked. The mango drink isn’t made with ripe mango and much more bitter than sweet. The jelly flavors are good however our food experience was mediocre. I don’t necessarily recommend this for boba tea enjoyers. The atmosphere is good for small meetings if you don’t care much about taste.

Stopped by to grab bubble tea and hang out with some friends. The cashier was not around, but at least they have 2 touch-screen kiosks to order your drinks. They do have a good number of selections from the regular milk tea to cheese foam and fruit teas. Our drinks tasted great and the seating area inside the shop is nice.

I grabbed a crème brûlée milk tea, and it the taste was superb. Very happy with the flavor of the tea, and 50% sweetness was just right. I was looking for a caffeinated cool drink that wasn’t Starbucks-sponsored, and I’m glad I stopped by for this unique beverage!  The ambience is nice, but the tea is even better.

Very cute interior with ample seating and friendly staff. The prices were proportionate to the drink quality, and they are generous with their cheese foam. You can customize ice and sweetness levels to your preference as well.  I found the lids for cheese foam drinks especially interesting, where you can slide the top to create an opening, allowing  cheese foam to be enjoyed with every sip compared to a straw.  Am looking forward to visiting again

Went for the first time, first time buying boba. I asked for help loudly from the barista, he was using headphones, there were signs to order at a machine but they were not beginner friendly. Had high expectations since I’m learning mandarin and I thought I’d be a nice experience, never going back.Food: 1/5

Got parked finally on a week - hours were 11:30 am open - door was locked and lights off at 11:45. A guy was inside and he could have said, 'give me a minute,' but no communication. We decided to walk around a bit and check back - we were there with another family at 12:15 and still not open.Parking spaceDifficult to find parking

This is definitely one of the most unique tea places I've been to. They have so many good looking options on the menu, the only bad part was having to choose just one to get. I ended up going with the Creme Brulée Milk tea and it did not disappoint.

Twice now with terrible service. Person working was on the back room not responding after orders placed. Made hot tea when iced was ordered. Zero interaction with customers. Wish I hadn’t already tipped.Service: 1/5
