The Manager needs to be fired and the store closed! I ordered delivery, waited 2 hours, the pizzas arrived completely wrong as well as cold. I called to get it fixed (it took 15 trys on 2 different phones), and then had to wait for the Manager to be available. When she finally came to the phone, I explained how the order was wrong. I asked for them to help fix our dinner. She said they were out of dough. My response included 'what the hell'. She then proceeded to yell at me like a crazy person and make excuses about how busy they were. I was shocked. She continued yelling at me about how i used a curse word (hell?, really?). She had the nerve to also yell at me about how they are a Christian business as she banned me from their store and threatened to call the police if I show up. Then she hung up on me. HA! What a freaking joke and a total nutjob! My wife said she sounded like a crazy chicken. The pizza is not very good anyway. We can't wait for Jimbo's to re-open. In the mean-time it will be worth it to drive to Nick's in Pilot Point.

Worst customer service imaginable. Called tonight for a pickup order. They answered the phone with "hello." Got placed on a 3 minute hold. Called back again - another "hello." (Wow, not a fluke the first time... ) Anyway, made an order for pickup - VERY specific about order, but girl answering phone seemed so confused, not sure she's actually aware that it's her job to take orders or even that they sell pizzas. NOT kidding. Was told it would be a 40 minute wait. Even with all the red flags we decided that would be okay. Husband got there to pick up food and checked our order before leaving. As expected, one pizza was wrong. He waited while they remade it. He failed to check his calzone - got home, it was also wrong. He took it back to also have it remade. Clueless girl at the front rolled her eyes, clearly annoyed that he interrupted the personal call she was on. The manager also did not care about the mistake. The hubs ended up just leaving as it was abundantly clear they could not care less about our wasted time and money. With more and more restaurants coming to Celina, this one won't be around much longer. When the food is made correctly, it's actually good at Mogios, but absolutely NOT worth the very high risk of it being made incorrectly and the inept employees complete lack of regard for customer service, much less satisfaction. Huge disappointment for a small business that had potential.

WE DECIDED TO STOP AT MOGIOS ,WE ORDERED PIZZA AND TWO DRINKS ,WHEN WE STARED EATING A RAT RAN UNDER THE TABLES .MY BOYFRIEND DECIDED TO LEAVE !!! VERY BAD
